Delete your account & data

You can ask us to delete your Zolt account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, and exactly what data is deleted and what (if anything) we keep.

How to request deletion

Choose whichever is easiest — either one will start the process:

  1. Use the form below. Enter the email address on your Zolt account and submit. We'll verify the request and delete your data.
  2. Email us. Send a request from your account email to privacy@zolt.live with the subject "Account deletion request".

What is deleted

When your request is processed, we delete the personal data we hold for your account, including:

Data cached locally on your phone is removed when you uninstall Zolt or clear the app's data. Deleting your Zolt account does not affect your Tesla account; to revoke Zolt's vehicle access, also remove the Zolt virtual key in the Tesla app (Vehicle → Keys).
